What files should I send?
Intraoral scans, implant scan data, photos, bite records, shade notes, and any preferred library or production requirements.
How fast is turnaround?
Most standard digital design cases are planned for a 24 hour average turnaround once complete records are received.
Do you support full arch implant cases?
Yes. The template and service positioning are centered on AOX full arch, bar, abutment, and passive-fit workflows.
Can revisions be requested?
Yes. Revision support is part of the workflow so the lab or clinic can approve the final design with confidence.
How do I send a case?
Use the Send Your Case link in the navigation or contact page and include the case notes with the upload.
Are your designs exportable to any dental milling system or 3D printer?
Yes. We export in standard STL format, compatible with all major milling machines (Roland, Ivoclar, Amann Girrbach, VHF, imes-icore) and 3D printers (Formlabs, Asiga, Stratasys, SprintRay, NextDent). If you have specific export requirements (file format conversion, nesting orientation, support structure preferences), please include them in the prescription.

We will confirm the design process, pricing, and estimated delivery time. Afterwards, send your case data via WeTransfer using the "Send Your Case" button on our website. We offer trial cases at preferential rates for new clients so you can experience our premium services.
